Irresistible Barbeque Delights in Gorham, New Hampshire
We won the Best Food Award in 2015, at the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, then the Cooking Channel contacted us, asking to film us for the show Carnival Eats. After the show aired, due to the added popularity, we decided now is the time to open a restaurant.
From Restaurant to Wheels
It all started at our home in VT, which turned into an annual Pig Roast & Memorial Day Celebration for 21 years. We competed in local BBQ competitions during those years, hence the “Award Winning Ribs” on our menu. In 2013, we had a BBQ food trailer custom-built. The Home of the “PIG PILE!” We hit the road serving BBQ at festivals and events all over New England and were a hit! For 5 years, the most common question customers asked us was, “Where is your restaurant?”
